Privacy Policy

We at Infinite Vitality encourage you to refer friends. However, we do not keep records of such referrals or send thank-you emails for reasons of security and privacy.

When you visit our site, we automatically log your IP address, browser type and access times. We use this information to evaluate site performance, understand where visitors are coming from and track clickstream data, including the pages users visit. This helps us determine which content our visitors find most useful so we can improve their experience. Log files are not tied to personally identifiable information.

All Infinite Vitality employees take your personal information seriously and must understand and follow our security policies. Access to customer personal information is limited to authorized personnel who require it for business operations. We review our website security regularly and use SSL encryption to protect information transmitted through our site.

Your personal information stored in Infinite Vitality’s database will be updated using the information provided with your most recent order.

This website may contain links to other websites. When you select one of these links, you may leave the Infinite Vitality website and enter a third-party site. These websites may independently collect or request information about you. We encourage you to review their privacy statements because their policies may differ from ours.

From time to time, we may send emails about product availability, feedback requests or promotional offers. You may also receive communications from us when you contact us, place an order, require administrative assistance, participate in a contest or need tracking information for your order. Administrative emails will not contain promotional material. If you choose to receive our newsletter, it may contain promotional material from Infinite Vitality.

Although we make every reasonable effort to preserve user privacy, we may disclose personal information when required by law or when we have a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, court order or legal process served on our website.

We may correct or supplement your address information using standardized postal formatting to help ensure your orders are delivered successfully and to reduce costs associated with delivery issues.

We may periodically run contests on our website. Entry may require your name, email address and state of residence. If you become a winner or recipient, we will notify you and request the shipping information needed to deliver your prize.

Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser on your device that can help identify you when you return. We may use session cookies to provide a seamless site experience and combine cookie data with our log files to understand website traffic and analyze demographic information in aggregate form. If your browser rejects cookies, some features may not recognize you and you may need to enter your information manually.

We welcome your comments and questions about this Privacy Policy or anything else you would like to discuss. Please use the Contact Us page or email us using the address below.
